Refund Policy
When we receive final payment, the clients order will be uploaded within 24 hours.
In the case of web based services, if not completely satisfied within 7 days of upload, please contact us so that we can make the adjustments to your package. If you are still not satisfied, then your money will be refunded. If we do not hear from the client within the seven days, then we will assuime that everything meets the clients approval.
We are not responsible for any adjustments to banners if these labor intensive adjustments are not paid for. We reserve the right to refuse free service to anyone. In the case of customer provided artwork, we reserve the right to refuse upload if does not pass our approval. Customer provided Banners must meet dimensional & file size guidelines before they will be approved for upload. Most uploads will be done within one hour after final approval.
Other products offered on S.C.S.C.S. operated sites will have specific details, and policies, as listed on those sites. We do not process transactions for our client website. All such transactions must be taken care of by the individual clients who own said sites, and we are not responsible for said business transactions or refund policies. Please contact the business client directly for any such inquiries.

The company S.C.S.C.S. is not responsible for the software supplied by the customer. It is the customers sole responsibility to secure the rights to their software. Neither S.C.S.C.S., it's owner, it's employees, nor it's affiliates will be held responsible for the infringement of copyrights laws, liability, end-user license agreements, CD-keys, product ID's, or anything in connection to the software supplied by its customers.
